3. Registration: To use our services, you must register with us and provide accurate and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fees: Our services are free for job seekers. Employers pay us a fee to use our recruitment services.

5. Job Postings: We make no guarantee that any job posting is accurate, complete, or current. Employers are responsible for the content of their job postings, and we do not endorse any employer or job posting.

6. Job Offers: Any job offer made to you by an employer is between you and the employer. We are not responsible for any job offer made by an employer or for any action taken by an employer in connection with a job offer.

7. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your use of our services at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice.

8. Intellectual Property: Our website, including all content, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the Agency and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content on our website without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties: Our services are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects in our services will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, without notice to you. Your continued use of our services following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
